Privacy Policy

In short
- Your measurements, laps, notes and saved files stay on your device. We do not run any server and never receive them.
- The iOS app is a paid app with no ads, no analytics and no tracking. It collects no data.
- The Android app is free and shows ads through Google AdMob, unless you buy "Remove ads". Google may collect device data to show and measure ads, as described below.
Who we are
Industrial Chronometer is developed by LsZlp ("we"). If you have any questions about this policy, contact zlpatwork@gmail.com.
Data that stays on your device
The app works offline. Everything you create is stored only on your device:
- the running timer, laps, cycle times and lap notes,
- your settings (time unit, precision, skin, appearance),
- studies you save: CSV files on iOS (in the app's Documents folder, visible in the Files app) and Excel files on Android (in the Downloads folder),
- chart images you choose to save to your photo gallery.
We cannot see, access or recover this data. It leaves your device only when you share a file yourself, for example by e-mail or a messaging app, and then the policy of that service applies.
Permissions

The iOS app does not use the internet for any of its own functions.
Voice notes (Android)
Voice notes use your device's speech recognition service (usually Google). Your speech is processed by that service to produce text and may be sent to its servers, under its own privacy policy. The app does not record or store audio; only the resulting text is saved as the lap note.
Advertising (Android only)
The free Android app shows banner ads provided by Google AdMob. To show, limit and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with ads.
- If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent through Google's privacy message before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time from Privacy Settings in the app menu (shown where this applies).
- You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device's Google settings.
- Buying Remove ads stops ads; after that the app no longer loads the ad service.

Purchases and ratings
The "Remove ads" purchase on Android is handled by Google Play, and the iOS app is bought through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details; the app only learns whether the purchase is active. When the app asks you to rate it, the rating window is provided by Google Play or Apple, and we do not receive personal data from it.
Analytics, crash reports and tracking
Neither app contains analytics or crash-reporting tools of our own, and we do not track you across other apps or websites. On iOS, the app's privacy manifest declares no data collection and no tracking.
Children
The app is a work tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The iOS app collects no data at all.
Keeping and deleting your data
You can delete saved studies in the app's saved list, and reset a study with the reset button. Deleting the app removes its data from your device. Files saved to the Android Downloads folder or to your photo library remain until you delete them.
Security
Your data is protected by your device's own security. Keep your device updated and locked; we recommend not jailbreaking or rooting it.
Links to other sites
The app links to this page, to its website and to the app stores. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other sites.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app changes. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
Terms of Use

- Industrial Chronometer is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors. Check important results before you rely on them; we are not liable for losses resulting from its use.
- The app, its design, names and trademarks belong to LsZlp. You may not copy, modify, redistribute or reverse-engineer the app.
- Your use of the app is also subject to the terms of the App Store or Google Play from which you downloaded it.
- We may update the app, change its features or prices, or stop offering it. Any charge will always be shown clearly before you pay.

Bu verileri göremez, bunlara erişemez ve geri getiremeyiz. Veriler cihazınızdan yalnızca bir dosyayı siz paylaştığınızda (örneğin e-posta ya da mesajlaşma uygulamasıyla) çıkar; o durumda ilgili hizmetin politikası geçerlidir.

Sesli notlar (Android)
Sesli notlar cihazınızın konuşma tanıma hizmetini (genellikle Google) kullanır. Konuşmanız, metne çevrilmek üzere bu hizmet tarafından işlenir ve kendi gizlilik politikası kapsamında sunucularına gönderilebilir. Uygulama ses kaydı yapmaz ve ses saklamaz; yalnızca ortaya çıkan metin tur notu olarak kaydedilir.
Reklamlar (yalnızca Android)
Ücretsiz Android uygulaması Google AdMob üzerinden banner reklam gösterir. Google, reklamları göstermek, sınırlamak ve ölçmek ve dolandırıcılığı önlemek için cihazınızın reklam kimliği, IP adresi, cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri ile reklamlarla etkileşiminiz gibi bilgileri toplayabilir.
- Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık veya İsviçre'deyseniz, kişiselleştirilmiş reklam gösterilmeden önce uygulama Google'ın gizlilik mesajıyla onayınızı ister. Tercihinizi istediğiniz zaman uygulama menüsündeki Gizlilik Ayarlarından değiştirebilirsiniz (bu bölgelerde görünür).
- Reklam kimliğinizi sıfırlayabilir, silebilir ya da kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları cihazınızın Google ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz.
- Reklamları kaldır satın alındığında reklamlar durur; bundan sonra uygulama reklam hizmetini yüklemez.

Satın alma ve puanlama
Android'deki "Reklamları kaldır" satın alımı Google Play, iOS uygulamasının satın alımı App Store üzerinden yapılır. Ödeme bilgilerinizi almayız; uygulama yalnızca satın alımın etkin olup olmadığını öğrenir. Uygulama puan vermenizi istediğinde açılan pencere Google Play veya Apple tarafından sağlanır ve bize kişisel veri iletmez.
Analiz, hata raporları ve takip
İki uygulama da bize ait bir analiz ya da hata raporlama aracı içermez ve sizi başka uygulama veya web sitelerinde takip etmeyiz. iOS uygulamasının gizlilik bildirimi (privacy manifest), veri toplanmadığını ve takip yapılmadığını beyan eder.
Çocuklar
Uygulama bir iş aracıdır ve 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız. iOS uygulaması hiçbir veri toplamaz.
Verilerin saklanması ve silinmesi
Kayıtlı etütleri uygulamanın kayıt listesinden silebilir, devam eden etüdü sıfırla düğmesiyle temizleyebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı silmek verilerini cihazınızdan kaldırır. Android İndirilenler klasörüne ya da fotoğraf arşivinize kaydedilen dosyalar siz silene kadar kalır.
Güvenlik
Verileriniz cihazınızın kendi güvenlik önlemleriyle korunur. Cihazınızı güncel ve kilitli tutun; jailbreak veya root yapmamanızı öneririz.

Kullanım Koşulları

- Industrial Chronometer "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Doğru ve güncel tutmaya çalışırız, ancak hatasız olduğunu garanti edemeyiz. Önemli sonuçlara güvenmeden önce kontrol edin; kullanımından doğan kayıplardan sorumlu değiliz.
- Uygulama, tasarımı, adları ve markaları LsZlp'ye aittir. Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, yeniden dağıtamaz veya tersine mühendislik yapamazsınız.
- Uygulamayı kullanımınız, indirdiğiniz App Store veya Google Play'in koşullarına da tabidir.
- Uygulamayı güncelleyebilir, özelliklerini veya fiyatını değiştirebilir ya da sunmayı bırakabiliriz. Her ücret, ödeme yapmadan önce açıkça gösterilir.
